- The player’s family must tick the special circumstances box on the form and state what the special circumstances are and how much they can afford to pay.
- The player’s family must inform the manager/coach of their team.
- The formal request must be made to the special circumstances panel. When a request is made, the family agree and understand that more information maybe needed in order for the panel to make an informed decision.
- The panel will meet and individually discuss the request and make a decision.
- If successful, the panel will decide, giving regard to the parent’s suggestion, how much should be paid and if a payment plan is necessary.
- Once made, this decision will form an agreement between the club and the parent. The Membership secretary will be informed and adjust the child’s account accordingly.
- If the payment plan is not maintained; player’s cards may be retained and this could result in the loss of a place on the team.
